Online Returns/Exchanges:

Thank you for visiting the Ernest Supplies web shop. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from us and are committed to working with you as best as we can to ensure you're pleased. If you need to return an item that was purchased from the web shop, please visit our returns portal to generate a return label. You'll need your order number and mailing zip code. Please use the packaging in which you received the item(s).  Be sure to remove or completely cover all shipping labels with the return label.

We're pleased to offer the opportunity to return regularly priced merchandise purchased from our web shop within 15 days from when it is received. Please include a brief description of the reason for return so that we can better serve you in the future.

We cannot accept items purchased from any third-party retail partner. In the instance you'd like to return an item purchased from a retail partner, please contact the retailer from whom you purchased the item for their return policies and procedures.

Refunds will be issued and exchanged items will be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item without a label generated by our returns portal and it is valued at over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service (like USPS, FedEx or UPS) and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Sale and Final Sale Items:

All items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Likewise, one-of-a-kind items are also final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Missing Orders:

In the unlikely instance where an order doesn't reach you within 14 days from the day an item is SHIPPED for domestic US orders or within 30 days of SHIPMENT for international orders and your order tracking indicates that the order has NOT been DELIVERED, please contact us at info@ernestsupplies.com and we'll do our best to make things right ASAP.

In an instance where your order tracking for the missing items indicates that your order has been DELIVERED to the address provided by you at checkout, you must (1) contact the shipper and report the shipment missing, (2) obtain a case number from the shipper and (3) email us at info@ernestsupplies.com with the case number and we'll make things right.
