If you need to return an item, please note that all items must be returned in the condition that they were received — NOT USED, OPENED or ALTERED in any way. Many of our products are equipped with a tamper evident cap. To the extent the cap seal is broken, unfortunately, the product is not able to be returned or exchanged. If the above conditions are met and the item is in perfect resalable condition, you can return regular priced merchandise within 15 days from the day you receive the goods (based on shipment tracking) for a full refund or exchange. Please include a brief description of the reason for return so that we can better serve you in the future.

Refunds will be issued and exchanged items will be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Sale and Final Sale Items:
All items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Likewise, one-of-a-kind items are also final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
In the unlikely instance where an order doesn't reach you within 14 days from the day an item is SHIPPED for domestic US orders or within 30 days of SHIPMENT for international orders and your order tracking indicates that the order has NOT been DELIVERED, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll do our best to make things right ASAP.
In an instance where your order tracking for the missing items indicates that your order has been DELIVERED to the address provided by you at checkout, you must (1) contact the shipper and report the shipment missing, (2) obtain a case number from the shipper and (3) email us at email@example.com with the case number and we'll make things right.
